|Todd Welsh, D.V.M.
Dr. Welsh graduated from the Kansas State College of Veterinary Medicine in 1985. He is the founder and owner of Red Oak Animal Hospital. Todd has many interests in equine medicine, including reproduction and sport horse lameness/injuries. He has two children, Lindsey and Jacob.
|Dr. Maureen Sutter
Dr. Maureen Sutter (formerly Reynolds) graduated from Kansas State College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. After completing an ambulatory internship at the prestigious Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky, she opened her own practice, Sutter Equine, in 2009. During this time, she also worked for the Kentucky State Racing Commission and covered several high stakes races, including the 2009 Kentucky Derby. In 2010, she was given the opportunity to return home to Kansas and continue her passion for helping animals and their owners. She and her husband currently live on a small farm with their three dogs, two horses, and three cats.
|Dr. Sara Strickland
Dr. Sara Strickland (formerly Craven) graduated with a DVM from Kansas State University in 2011. She has worked in rural southeast Kansas at a mixed animal practice since graduation, but eagerly accepted a job that would provide more horse clients and move her closer to family. She and her husband, Anthony, have two dogs, Jaxson and Commodore, and one big, silly warmblood named Billy Bob!
